Our experience at the Malpani clinic was good, it was very close to what was explained on the website.  I had gone through the website (which is very informative) thoroughly before contacting Dr. Malpani, also since we lived in Bangalore I had done the ground work.  We found it convenient to correspond via email on the treatment before landing in Mumbai.

We were kept honest at all times to avoid any disappintments later.  Dr. Malpani is very easy to communicate to, puts you at ease and is very approachable.  The building in which the clinic is situated is not something you write home about, but hey, you don't get everything in life!!  We got what we wanted and we are thrilled!!
