Why Malpani Infertility Clinic Stands Out: Personalized Care and Patient Empowerment

Patient: Dr. Malpani, I’ve been looking into IVF clinics, and I’m curious—what makes your clinic different?

Dr. Malpani: Great question! Like every IVF clinic, we’re very proud of our success rates and we do an excellent job. We invest a lot of time and energy into our patients, providing top-quality care. We make sure they understand everything we’re doing and why. For instance, we document the entire IVF journey for them, including photographs of their blastocysts.

Patient: That sounds great, but aren’t other clinics doing that too?

Dr. Malpani: Yes, many clinics offer good care, but two things set us apart. First, we ensure our patients are extremely well-informed. We spend a lot of time educating them through consultations, emails, videos, and articles on our website. This way, they’re in control of their IVF journey and understand that while we can’t control the outcome, we can make the process positive and empowering.

Patient: I like the idea of being informed and in control. How does that help?

Dr. Malpani: When patients are well-informed, it creates a partnership between the doctor and the patient. This ensures they’re satisfied with the treatment they receive. Plus, it means no other IVF doctor can mislead them, which is incredibly important.

Patient: That’s reassuring. What’s the second thing that makes your clinic unique?

Dr. Malpani: The second thing we’re really proud of is reducing stress. We take pride in being kind and hands-on with our patients. We don’t hand them off to junior doctors or assistants. We’re a boutique clinic with just two doctors—Dr. Anjali and me—and our senior embryologist, Dr. Sai. We limit the number of patients we see so we can focus on giving each one personalised, high-quality care.

Patient: That sounds really comforting, especially during such a stressful process.

Dr. Malpani: Absolutely. We take the time to ensure that every treatment we provide is necessary and targeted. We don’t waste our patients' money on unnecessary tests like PGD or error tests, and we avoid giving them painful injections that don’t add value. Everything we do has a purpose, and our patients know exactly what’s happening and why.

Patient: It sounds like you really prioritise both the emotional and medical aspects of care.
