Coming to Mumbai for treatment
The clinic is in Colaba, in the south of Mumbai, about fifteen minutes by taxi from both CSMT and Churchgate stations. Most patients stay within walking distance and plan on being here for at least a week.

- All of your medical documents, including reports from any previous treatment.
- Valid passport and ID proof. If you live in India, address proof such as a PAN card or Aadhaar card.

Within a ten-minute walk
- Hotel President, Cuffe Parade Five minutes' walk, and the closest five-star hotel to the clinic.
- Hotel Supreme Five minutes' walk. They run a package for our patients; ask them for the current terms.
Within a twenty-minute walk
- The Taj Mahal Palace, Colaba Fifteen minutes' walk.
- Hotel Fariyas, Colaba In Colaba, close to the clinic.
- Hotel Godwin Near Electric House, Colaba.
- Hotel Apollo Near Regal Cinema.
Longer stays and budget options
- Gopal Mansion About thirty minutes away. Fifty rooms, run as a charitable service for patients and their relatives, so it is often full. You must email in advance to book, and you will need the reference letter and your documents.
- Serviced flats and apartments Renting a flat in or near Colaba is often better value than a hotel for a stay of two weeks or more.
Since you will be here at least a week, most hotels will negotiate a reduced rate. It is worth asking.
Planning the rest of your trip
There is a gap in the middle of a cycle when you are not needed at the clinic. Between day 4 and day 9 you are generally free to travel, and patients who have come a long way often use it to see something of the country.
