How to Use It (PVS Technique)
Use the device in a private, quiet room where you will not be disturbed. A calm, unrushed environment is half the battle. Ejaculation happens automatically in response to vibration. Do not try to force it.
- Pass urine first, then remove your clothing and sit comfortably on a bed with legs slightly apart.
- Attach the rounded soft head to the device and switch it on to a medium setting.
- Place the vibrating head gently against the frenulum, the most sensitive area on the underside of the glans. See anatomy reference.
- Close your eyes, breathe slowly, and allow arousal to build. Use liquid paraffin as lubricant if you feel dry.
- Continue stimulation until ejaculation. Most men respond within 10 to 30 minutes. First-time users with anorgasmic anejaculation may need up to 2 hours, but the time shortens dramatically in subsequent sessions.
